What are Playbooks?

Playbooks are in-depth, step-by-step guides for tackling common (and uncommon) people & culture challenges. Each one is written by practitioners and designed to be immediately actionable.

Structure: Every playbook follows a consistent structure: - Key Info - context, when to use it, and what you'll achieve - How to Execute - overview of the approach - Stages - detailed step-by-step instructions - Useful Resources - templates, tools, and further reading - Final Thoughts - reflections and recommendations

How to access: Browse all playbooks from the Playbook Library in the sidebar. When you open a playbook, you'll get a dedicated reading layout with a table of contents and section navigation.

Tip: You can reference playbooks in your Open Org AI conversations. The AI knows the content of every playbook and can help you apply them to your specific situation. Try saying I'm working through the Team Health Check playbook.
