What you'll see:

• Topic clusters - AI-identified themes from your team's conversations, showing what your team is researching and building
• Engagement heatmap - when and how actively your team uses the platform
• Skill usage - which specialist tools (Roadmap Builder, Survey Analyser, etc.) your team uses most
• Playbook engagement - which playbooks your team has explored
• Query type breakdown - the split between research, coaching, creation, and search activity

Why it matters: Team Insights helps you understand what your people team is working on without micromanaging. You can spot knowledge gaps, identify shared challenges, and make sure the team is getting value from the platform.
