• Need benchmarks? Use Research Mode

3. Upload your data The AI gets dramatically more useful when it has your actual data. Upload engagement surveys, culture diagnostics, or team feedback for personalised insights rather than generic advice.

4. Reference playbooks in conversations Tell Open Org AI I'm working through the Team Health Check playbook and it will tailor its responses to where you are in the process.

5. Iterate on documents Don't settle for the first output. Ask the AI to refine, restructure, or restyle documents. Each iteration gets closer to what you need.
