The Content Library is your gateway to all resources on the platform. It includes playbooks, guides, frameworks, and curated content across every area of people operations.

Finding what you need:

• Search - use the search bar to find resources by keyword
• Categories - filter by topic area (culture, performance, hiring, etc.)
• Tags - narrow down by specific themes
• Featured - editorially picked highlights

Openverse (public directory): The Openverse is a separate, public index of templates, tools, frameworks, and reading contributed by practitioners. Anyone can browse; signed-in workspace members can upvote and save Openverse entries to My Collection. Read the full guide: Openverse.

Saving resources: Click the heart icon on any resource to save it to My Collection. You can access all your saved items from the sidebar.
