Uploading files
You can upload files directly into your Open Org AI conversations for the AI to analyse, reference, or transform.
Supported file types:
- CSV and Excel - survey data, headcount reports, engagement scores, any tabular data
- PDF - policies, reports, existing frameworks, research papers
- Images - screenshots, whiteboard photos, diagrams
- Text files - notes, transcripts, meeting minutes
How to upload: Use the attachment button in the chat input, or drag and drop files into the chat. You can also manage context files through the panel on the right side of the chat.
What happens with your files: Files are processed securely and used only within your conversation context. They are not used to train any models and are not accessible to other users. See our Privacy Policy and DPA for details.
Tip: Give the AI context about what the file contains, e.g.
This is our Q3 engagement survey results. For survey data, include column headers and keep data clean. For PDFs, the AI can extract and reference specific sections.Need more help?
