Hunting (submitting) resources

What is hunting? Hunting means finding and submitting a resource to Openverse so the community can discover it. The person who submits is often shown as the hunter (curator); the author or creator is credited separately when they differ—transparency matters.

Who can hunt Workspace members can submit from Submit a resource. You will need to be signed in.

What to submit

  • Open or openly licensed templates, guides, frameworks, policies, and tools aimed at people, talent, learning, or culture work
  • Primary sources (official repo, doc site, or article)—not repackaged landing pages whose only goal is lead capture
  • Resources you would personally recommend to another People lead

After you submit Track status and edits from My launches where available.

Process tips

  1. Check it is not already listed—search Openverse first.
  2. Use an accurate title and description so others can judge fit quickly.
  3. Link to the canonical URL (GitHub, Notion public page, company blog post, etc.).
  4. Respect guidelineswhat we want and what we reject.
